5- Sanitary ware products are carefully selected from the “laufen” “hüppe” and “grohe” brands that provide lifetime guarantees.

6- The most exclusive Italian porcelains in 360X240 cm dimensions were used on all wet floors, the entire basement floor, the master bathroom, stairs, kitchen counters and walls, and sinks. The material is known for being antibacterial, scratch and heat resistant as well as being aesthetically pleasing. This is probably a first in architectural practice.
7- Belgian oak laminate, which is a pioneer in the field of wooden floors and meets the highest quality and aesthetic expectations, has a vintage appearance and workmanship.

8- All of the fixed furniture. Kitchen, wall and ceiling claddings were designed and meticulously brought to life by the company "Decus", which stands out with its internationally distinguished Vip projects.

9- Aluminum joinery of leading brands, which are designed to provide maximum field of view, are used for joinery. Generally, in-glass blinds or motorized wooden blinds are used.

10- The area where the dining table is located is designed with a "bioclimatic system" and a collapsible ceiling.
